I think you don't know about the Star Trek Online Iconians the OP accepted the use of EU materials and STO expanded upon them quite a bit. Rearranging a solar system, while impressive isn't really indicative of their war fighting capabilities so I don't think it's really relevant here (and the Iconians are effectively using solar systems as a spaceships so they probably won't be too impressed).
